I think that any athlete would agree that physical fitness is as important as any set of skills in a sport.  About a year and a half ago, in order to get into better shape and to get ready for college tennis, I gave Frank a call on my coach’s recommendation, and it was the best choice I could have made.
 
Frank’s workout includes a combination of exercises that involve strength, speed, and agility, all of which are important not only in tennis but in every sport.  I have also worked out with athletes from many different sports, and while the basic workout is the same for everyone, Frank can alter the workout to exercise muscles that are more important to each individual sport.
 
Over the course of the time that I worked with Frank the benefits of his workout were apparent.  When I first started working with Frank my serve clocked in around 85mph on average with highs around 90mph.  By the summer, when I was working with Frank the most, my serve was averaging 100mph and I hit a high of 107mph. Frank’s workout also helped immensely in my preparation for college tennis.  In our fall season we played several tournaments in which we were playing four matches in one day, and in order to play this many matches, an athlete needs to be in shape.  I highly recommend Frank to anybody looking to get that extra edge in their sport, or just looking to get into better shape.
